The Numbers Have Been Crunched

Finally, after a few weeks of not being able to pin point how many calories I should be consuming/burning to lose two pounds a week, I have answers. Rather than dividing my AMR up into seven days, I’m going to take Jillian Michael’s advice and vary my daily intake while staying within my range.

My week will be broken down as follows:

Monday - 1400 calories
Tuesday – 1500 calories
Wednesday - 1400 calories
Thursday – 1500 calories
Friday – 1700 calories
Saturday – 1800 calories
Sunday – 1600 calories

Let’s see how well this goes.
