I’ve found that after having some success on this weight-loss journey, that my margin for error has dropped consideraably if I want to continue losing. I’ve got to really get after it in the gym, really stay on plan with my eating and not stray too far with snacks and going out.
Just keep working it and you’ll get some scale satisfaction…

Funny of you to respond, as I distinctly recall you talking about this in a recent(ish) blog entry. I thought about it as I typed out my goose-egg this morning. You’re right. As I get closer to that ‘magic number’, the margin of error is awfully small. Then again, ‘bringing it’ could result in an entire blog entry written in CAPS LOCK!
You just never know.
