To Lose or Not to Lose
Posted in My Weight-Loss Journey by RachelMy one-pound gain this morning reminded me that I failed to mention my half-pound gain from last week.
Yep.
In the last two weeks, I have lost a total of zero pounds and instead, have gained a total of 1.5 lbs. According to the infamous Numbers, I should have seen a 3-lb loss over the past two weeks, but now I’m just seeing red (in more ways than one which could be why I gained this week, but I refuse to use the Cotton Pony as a scapegoat).
I’ve got to step it up if I want to reach my goal of hitting -100lbs by 01/01/10.
Three Commandments for The Coming Week:
1. Honor your calorie goal
2. Remember the Schedule, keep it holy
3. You shall not order Take Out in vain
